Equalitarianism

We must either replace capitalism or allow it to work, but why should
be replace it until those who have replaced it are at least in a position
to abandon emigration control.

Experimental parts of the country.

Energy use should be demand limited rather than targeted.  Soviet
production targets work badly because they lead to hidden over
and under-production.

	Perhaps a planned economy is possible, but the current planning
techniques suffer somewhat from incompetence, but much more from
politics.  Politics means fighting over each detailed decision
by professional representative of the short range interests of
groups.  "Decisions shall be made by those affected" is a worse
slogan than "No-one should be the judge in his own case.".

Components of paralysis

	1. The convention of cynicism.  One finds few attempts to
defend people attacked.  Counterattack appears to win better than
defense.  The result is an accumulation of unanswered attacks.
